Deborah (Garza) Cascianelli

Deborah Cascianelli joined Medical Advantage in 2021 as the Human Resources Director. She is a proven human resources leader with over 25 years of experience working in healthcare, accounting, manufacturing, advertising, and marketing. She enjoys working in all areas of human resources and human resources management. Her professional passions include health and welfare benefits, legal and regulatory compliance, business acumen, and strategy. She also has strong project management and analytical skills, is highly energetic and dedicated to human capital.
Prior to joining Medial Advantage, Ms. Cascianelli was the President and CEO of Human Resources Strategic Solutions, LLC where she assisted clients in all areas of human resources, best business practices and strategic initiatives.
She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Wayne State University, a Master of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of General Studies from University of Michigan majoring in Business, Psychology, and Sociology. She holds various certifications including Professional Human Resources (PHR-HRCI), Certified Professional Human Resources (SHRM-CP), Six-Sigma Green Belt, and Leading Diverse Teams and Organizations from University of Michigan.
