One of the central components of Wellbox’s services is an integrated RN care manager, who is tasked with running monthly check-ins with high-risk patient populations. This expanded collaboration will also allow Medical Advantage to offer Wellbox’s new, enhanced remote patient monitoring (RPM) services. Wellbox’s RPM solutions monitor, manage, and engage patients with common chronic diseases from the comfort of their own home, and facilitate the seamless transmission of that data to the patient’s care provider.
